John started working in the Graphics field in 1992, just after he graduated with an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. His first position was as a Graphic Illustrator for The Oswego Company, an industry leader in photo real illustration, working for companies like Nike, Nikon, Sony, The Smithsonian Institute and many others. In 1996 he took a position with Electro Art, a small Graphic Design firm in Portland, Oregon and became a vital part of the company, working on Illustration, Design and production for Nike, Adidas, Leatherman, Tektronix, Suzuki and many others. He left Electro Art to move to Central Oregon but kept in touch doing freelance work with them and soon Electro Art hired him back to telecommute full time. Although with the slowing economy Electro Art had to let him go as a full time employee, he still freelances for them and is there only Illustrator. John has also worked in Design creating many Branding Packages for local companies in the Central Oregon area.
